I booked a room at the Fairfield Inn on Christmas Day due to car trouble. The associate at the front desk helped me find a first-floor room close to the entrance. It made access so much easier for me because of mobility issues. I slept really well on the comfortable bed. The best part came the next morning when I realized I forgot two Christmas card money holders with $100 bills inside. I called the hotel, and the housekeeper, Penny, had turned them in before I called. I was so relieved and grateful to thank her in person. I feel like the management here creates a family-like atmosphere and genuinely cares for their guests. On the downside, the parking lot was a bit cramped, especially by the entrance, and there were times when I noticed staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, especially during busy morning hours. The breakfast setup could be better organized. I had trouble finding some items. Gym facilities could use more equipment as well. I always enjoy my visits here and look forward to staying again.

Clean, great value hotel, its location was good and near Columbus, Mississippi and many restaurants and stores. Nice pool, spotless rooms with handicapped features. Paid US$ 85;)))
Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Brand-new hotel set in the safe area. Inviting room, neat, with exceptionally comfortable beds. Excellent base for exploring Columbus.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, provided a good breakfast with variety that fueled my day of exploration and a convenient location, made it easy to navigate around the city attractions.

The toilet situation needs serious attention!!! I had to deal with a broken toilet , and it was frustrating to have to use the public restroom on the first floor!!! Clean towels should be prioritized !!!
